Cancellation Policy: Because I reserve this time specifically for you and operate by appointment only, I kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice
if you need to cancel or reschedule. If your appointment is
canceled within 48 hours or you do not attend, your payment will be non-refundable. This helps ensure I can continue offering flexible, personalized care to all of my patients.
Please Note: If you have Kentucky Medicaid, per KY law, we are unable to see you as a Direct Primary Care patient. This includes any supplemental insurance that is purchased through kynect (the state based health insurance marketplace).
